Prestige Group’s Latest Projects in Bangalore and Ghaziabad

Prestige Group continues its remarkable growth trajectory as one of South India’s most trusted and dynamic real estate developers. In 2025, the company expanded its national footprint with a landmark entry into the NCR region through its ambitious township project in Ghaziabad. Titled The Prestige City, Indirapuram, the project spans over 62.5 acres and comprises 3,421 residential units across 19 towers. These include the Oakwood and Mulberry towers, supported by commercial infrastructure such as a retail mall, clubhouses, and educational facilities. With an investment of around ₹7,000 crore and an expected gross development value of ₹12,000 crore, this project represents Prestige’s commitment to scaling both in size and impact.

In Bangalore, the company remains highly active, especially in the southern and eastern regions of the city. One of its most anticipated upcoming projects is Prestige Falcon City Luxe, situated on a vast 41-acre land parcel near Konanakunte Cross on Kanakapura Road. Set to launch in late 2025, this development will include two high-rise towers offering over 2,500 apartments across 30 floors. The units will range from 2 to 4 BHK, with thoughtful layouts designed for modern urban living.

Electronic City is also seeing renewed investment with Prestige Suncrest, launched in early 2025. It comprises two residential towers offering 437 units, from compact 1 BHK homes to spacious 3.5 BHK formats. The project is scheduled for handover by late 2028 and is expected to attract both IT professionals and long-term investors.

Another massive township under construction is Prestige Southern Star, located on Begur Road near Akshayanagar. Launched in March 2025, this 35-acre development achieved significant early success by selling nearly 60% of its inventory within the first month. With possession expected by 2029, it’s already becoming one of the most talked-about residential communities in South Bangalore.

In East Bangalore, Whitefield and Varthur continue to be hotspots for Prestige's expansion. Prestige Raintree Park, launched in 2024, covers over 21 acres and includes high-rise towers with 3 to 5 BHK apartment offerings. It’s on track for completion by 2028. The company plans to launch Prestige Evergreen, the second phase of this project, in early 2025, introducing over 1,600 new apartments with a nature-inspired design concept. Prestige Oakville, another highly awaited development in Whitefield, is expected to launch around mid-2025 and will add approximately 2,000 units to Prestige’s residential portfolio.

Beyond residential real estate, Prestige Group is also making headlines in the hospitality sector. In 2025, its hospitality arm, Prestige Hospitality Ventures, received regulatory approval for an initial public offering worth ₹2,700 crore. This IPO is expected to fuel the brand’s expansion into new luxury hotel and resort ventures, as well as consolidate its presence in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Prestige Group’s ability to scale projects, maintain high construction quality, and diversify across sectors like retail and hospitality keeps it ahead of the curve in India’s ever-evolving real estate market. As the company enters new geographies while solidifying its stronghold in Bangalore, it continues to cater to the rising demand for integrated, lifestyle-driven residential communities.
